Reps. Rice, Clarke, Barragán to Hold Virtual Forum on the Role of Immigrants in Coronavirus Response & Recovery
(WASHINGTON) – On Wednesday, May 13th at 1:00pm EDT, Rep. Kathleen Rice (D-NY), Chairwoman of the Border Security, Facilitation, & Operations Subcommittee, along with Reps. Yvette D. Clarke (D-NY) and Nanette Barragán (D-CA), will hold a virtual forum on the role of immigrants during the COVID-19 pandemic and to highlight the contribution of immigrants in the health care, service, and agriculture sectors. The Members of the Homeland Security Committee will be joined Jon Baselice of the Chamber of Commerce and Ur Jaddou of America’s Voice. This event will be streamed live.
